  IL diversity councilIllinois’ Most Powerful and Influential Women Dr. Pam was recognized at the Illinois Diversity Council’s 2015 Women’s Conference as one of Illinois’ Most Powerful and Influential Women. The award is granted annually to women who have not only achieved personal success but have made it possible for others to more easily follow in their footsteps. The Women’s Conference provides a statewide forum for the women of Illinois to network and grow in their knowledge of leadership and professional development. The theme of this year’s event was “Women as Game Changers: Orchestrating Business Success Today and in the Future.”
shrm logo1Leading Learner | HR Magazine | May 2015 Dr. Pam was profiled in the May issue of HR Magazine, published monthly by the Society for Human Resource Professions (SHRM).  The special issue, focused on Learning and Development, identifies Dr. Pam as a Leading Learner who understands that a learning culture is good for business.

This award recognizes her work on Hospira’s workforce development and culture transformation programs.
